Brendon Caldwell Clinical Hypnotherapist Brooklyn Park, South Australia
I have competed in athletics at an elite level culminating in the honour of representing Australia in High Jump at the Pacific Conference Games.
This sporting background enhanced with thirty five years of corporate experience created in me the desire to assist others to reach their full potential.
I know what it feels like to overcome doubt, commit to a goal, create strategies to achieve those goals and the feeling that comes when your dreams come to fruition. Having said that I also gained the wisdom and understanding that no person realises their potential without surrounding themselves with the necessary supports. I also know that it can be difficult to find such supports when you are trying to achieve something that the people around you cannot share the vision.
Often it is the unconscious programming which determines our responses leaving us feeling like we have not given ourselves the best chance for success. It also might be that you are surrounded by people who have a vested interest in holding you back or are limited by their own self-doubt so cannot see your potential or offer the support and strategies to help you succeed. This does not mean that you have to let your dream die because I can be the support you seek.
Hypnosis is a safe, self -guided way of connecting to the wisdom that exists within us all.
I too had been living the life I had been programmed to live. I have connected with my life’s purpose and I would like to assist you to do the same.
There is not a feeling like it.
Wave good bye to self-doubt and steer towards a positive future of your choosing
“…hypnosis is the epitome of mind-body medicine. It can enable the mind to tell the body how to react, and modify the messages that the body sends to the mind.”
The New York Times 11/08
The hypnotic state allows a person to be more open to discussion and suggestion. It can improve the success of other treatments for many conditions, including:
- Phobias, fears, and anxiety
- Sleep disorders
- Post-trauma anxiety
- Grief and loss
- Pain control
- Smoking cessation
- Weight loss
- Eating disorders
- Performance enhancement (sport and business)
It also might be helpful for people whose symptoms are severe or who need crisis management.
